  How much do your services cost?
  
  For our standard services such as duct cleaning, carpet and upholstery, and hood cleaning, our prices are based on flat rates.   Fire water and natural disaster restoration services are provided at reasonable rates according to the damage caused, and the needed restoration services. Estimates are available anytime, and we are happy to work with your insurance company.
  
  
• How long will my carpet / upholstery be wet?
  
  Because of the high pressure hot steam we use, you can expect a small amount of dampness for up to 3 hours after we complete our work, depending on humidity levels.
  
  
• What do I need to do to get ready to have my carpet cleaned?
  
  We ask that you pick up smaller items, and move breakable knick-knacks. Our technicians will remove and replace the larger furniture. Also, please contain your pets, and for their own safety, keep your children occupied.
  
  
• Do I have to be present when you are working?
  
  It is not necessary that you be present at your home or office when we work, however it is helpful if someone is there when we begin our work to point out any specific problem areas you have. Especially, if you have pet or other odors present with out visible stains.
  
  
• If I have my ducts cleaned will my house be covered in dust?
  
  NO!! Your home will not be covered in dust! We use a fully enclosed duct cleaning process… in fact, you will actually note a reduction in the amount of dust and dander that accumulates weekly in your home following our duct cleaning service.
  
  
• Do I have to shut my furnace / central air off prior to having my ducts cleaned?
  
  It is not necessary to shut off your heat or air prior to our arrival. We will shut down the system only for a short time as we complete the actual cleaning process.
